MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Membership scope
- Membership does not cover the removal of lash extensions or services performed at other salons.
Refund policy
- We do not offer refunds for membership fees. However, if you experience any issues with our services, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Activation & renewal
- Memberships activate on the date of purchase and will automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle.
Upgrade & Downgrade
- Changes to membership levels will take effect immediately.
Payments
- Payment Issues: In the event of failed payment processing, your membership will be paused until payment is completed. Any lost time due to payment issues will not be credited or reimbursed.
- Billing Frequency: monthly membership is billed every 4 weeks
Apointment cancellation
- Late Cancellations/ rescheduling: Late cancellations/reschedules (less than 24 hours’ notice), a $50 late cancellation fee will be applied automatically to your appointment.
- No-shows: If you do not show up for an appointment, a $50 late cancellation fee will be applied automatically to your appointment.
Add-ons
- Add-ons are not included in the membership and must be added to appointments separately.
Artist Selection
- Senior Lash Artist Upgrade: Services booked with a senior lash artist will incur an additional $10 fee per appointment.
Membership cancellation
- Monthly Memberships: You can cancel your membership before your next billing cycle without penalty.
- 6-Month or 12-Month Memberships: You may cancel memberships with a 6-month or 12-month commitment before your next billing cycle. However, the remaining unused membership portion will not be refunded or transferred. The membership will continue to provide benefits for the time already paid for, but no future payments will be processed after the cancellation.
- Please submit cancellation requests via phone at our support center (857)-219-4041.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be processed.
- You will retain access to membership benefits for the time that has already been paid for.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, even if services or perks were unused at the time of cancellation.
Perk accumulation
- Perks will accumulate if not used within the membership period and cannot be redeemed later.
Transfer & Share
- Non-Transferable: Memberships cannot be transferred to another person. The enrolled member is the only one who can use the membership benefits.
- No Resale: Memberships cannot be sold or resold to another individual.
- No Family Sharing: Memberships are not designed to be shared among family members. Each membership is intended for use by the enrolled individual only
Referral Program
- Members who refer a new client who signs up for a membership will receive a free facial as a thank-you. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously signed up for EMME Lash & Beauty Membership.
