Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Winners must present a valid ID to claim their prize.
- Non-transferable: The giveaway prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner. No substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted.
- How to Enter: To participate, individuals must refer friends using a unique referral link generated by our system. Only referrals made through the unique link will be valid. Other methods, such as sharing our landing page link or word-of-mouth referrals, are not valid for entry.
- Prize Details:
- The winner will receive 1 free full set of classic lashes and 1 free lash refill every 4 weeks for a period of 12 months.
- If the winner refers a friend who also wins, both will receive the same prize.
- Appointment Policy:
- All appointments must be scheduled and followed according to our salon policy.
- If you are a no-show, cancel, or reschedule last minute (under 24 hours to your appointment), your entire reward will be canceled. Additionally, a $50 fee will be charged per missed appointment as per our standard salon policy.
- Validity: The free lashes prize begins on the date of the first full set and continues for 12 months.
- Miscellaneous:
- The winner cannot combine this giveaway with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
- EMME Lash & Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including cancellation or termination of the giveaway if necessary.
